Speedframe is the simple way to build strong, good-looking frameworks – just cut the tube to length and tap in the joint for a smooth, snag-free structure. Add a few accessories and the framework becomes a bench, a trolley, a work station, a display stand, a machine guard – the list is almost endless and all would be made to measure to be exactly what you require.

How-to Guides

You can buy the materials and do-it-yourself from start to finish, or your local Dexion Storage Centre will supply the materials cut to size for you to assemble. If you wish, they’ll prefabricate the units for you in their workshops and assemble them at your premises for a speedy, tailor-made solution.

	Plan it The 25mm (1”) black or grey steel tube is available in standard lengths of 3048mm (10’0”) and there is also an aluminium option for lighter structures. A total of six different joints cater for every possibility, so there are no restrictions when you design your framework – simply make a simple sketch of what you want and use the attached construction guide to help you plan the lengths you need.
	Cut it Simply cut the tube to the required lengths – no special tools are needed.
	Build it Push in the separate insert and simply tap the joint home to create a solid structure. Add items from our range of accessories to complete your framework

	Inserts and Joints Each joint is supplied with the required number of inserts. There are two kinds of inserts: black for permanent structures, and white for temporary structures. Joints are made of aluminium alloy.
