Scan-Mar built new production premises and wanted to fully utilize and adjust it to meet their specific needs going forward. Due to the large building and managing costs, it was essential to maximize the\volume of the cooler and avoid damage to the fish packed in cardboard boxes.The facility also allows other pallet sizes, by use of pallet decks, and by having closed bottom shelves with grating in the mobile shelves. Shelves and mobile shelving system are delivered in galvanized steel to withstand environment.

The chosen solution was MOVO mobile pallet racking with P90 shelving, and stationary P90 pallet racking. Thus, the volume of the room was fully utilized, and each pallet is accessible at any time.
